Bizcabar promotes corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects and works with various social organisations
to support people who live in situations of social exclusion.
Bizcabar Award
The “Bizcabar Award” was launched with the aim of supporting projects which work towards improving the vulnerability of groups at risk of social exclusion.
Non-profit organisations who carry out their activity in the city of Barcelona or the metropolitan area can take part.

Fundació Roure
We collaborate with Fundació Roure, an organisation rooted in Ciutat Vella which attends to the basics needs of the elderly and families. It provides tools so that each individual can be self-sufficient.
The Fundació takes care of the cleaning in Bizcabar’s long-term rental apartments. It is carried out by the cleaning staff involved in the “Household Support” project.

Fundació Setba
We collaborate with Fundació Setba, a private non-profit organisation that centres its work on creating spaces for social inclusion through culture.
It creates artistic projects aimed at groups at risk of social exclusion. It believes that the sum of efforts and synergies can help them reach that much further, that is why they work closely with public and private entities.

Aigua per al Sahel
We collaborate with “Aigua per al Sahel” NGO, an entity that develops hydraulic and sanitation projects in Burkina Faso rural towns. In 2020, we built a water well in Gorgho village and rehabilitated a well in Toden.
With these actions, more than 700 people have access to drinking water.
